Founder and Principal Engineer of MSS Engineering. Travis has 10+ years of experience working as an engineer. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in 15 states and has project experience in 3 continents. His expertise spans Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Agricultural sectors. Travis planted the roots of this company with strong ethics, integrity, and professionalism. He graduated from Trine/Tri-State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and founded MSS Engineering, LLC in 2019.

Office Administrator. Breana supports the daily operations of the office through administrative coordination, bookkeeping, customer communication, and project support. She works closely with clients and team members to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, assists with keeping projects organized, and supports accounting and financial processes. Prior to joining the team, Breana gained experience in office management, bookkeeping, customer service, and accounting support across a variety of industries. Outside of work, Breana enjoys spending time with her two sons, reading, sporting events, and finding opportunities to be outdoors whenever possible.

Marketing Coordinator. Heidi manages social networking and website updates, utilizing key metric analytics to assess and generate leads. Her organizational and communication skills ensure that our digital presence remains informative, engaging, and up to date. Heidi has experience in marketing, both technical and professional writing, and content creation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and English from Albion College.
