Founder and Principal Engineer of MSS Engineering. Travis has 10+ years of experience working as an engineer. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in 15 states and has project experience in 3 continents. His expertise spans Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Agricultural sectors. Travis planted the roots of this company with strong ethics, integrity, and professionalism. He graduated from Trine/Tri-State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and founded MSS Engineering, LLC in 2019. 

Director of Operations. Kimberly oversees financial reports and maximizes office productivity through project management, client communication, and  human resource support. She brings 30 years of experience in budgeting, human performance management, professional development, continuous process improvement, and customer service. She fosters trusted relationships among our team and our customers. Kim earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Project Management Professional Certification from PMI.

Office Administrator. Holly manages bookkeeping and payroll reports, assists in project management, and coordinates social networking. She serves as the first point of contact, maintaining a friendly and professional rapport with our customers. Holly has experience in the financial industry as well as direct sales experience as an Independent Sales Director. Holly earned her Bachelor of Science degree with focused studies in Human Services from Purdue University Fort Wayne.  

Executive Assistant. Bethany works closely with the Principal Engineer to manage internal documentation and operational tasks. She coordinates information pertaining to general office functions such as meeting/task planning, email and calendar management, and prioritizing tasks to ensure most efficient use of time. Her organizational skills assist our team's accountability to meet and exceed customer expectations. Bethany holds an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Ivy Tech - Fort Wayne, IN.
